To participate in the leaderboard, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend, reset scores, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

Differdle is designed for educational practice and friendly competition. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, extensions, or automated tools to solve problems or artificially inflate your score on the leaderboard.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the website or database.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, design, styling, logos, and original text on Differdle are the property of Differdle and its creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the site's design assets without prior permission. The mathematical concepts, formulas, and rules presented are universal and not subject to copyright.

5. Third-Party Services & Monetization

We use third-party services, including Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, and database management, as well as Google AdSense for advertising. By using Differdle, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect data and serve cookies as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or websites linked from those ads.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Differdle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we continually strive for accuracy in our mathematical parsing engine, we do not guarantee that the site will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Differdle or its creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the site.
